A form of martial arts training Chi Gung is a method of traditional Chinese medicine and a meditation philosophy to transform the health of your body, mind and spirit.
Chi Gung means “Life Energy Cultivation”.
The practice is a combination of slow rhythmic coordinated movements, meditation and deep breathing to calm the mind, balance the body and cultivate a healthy state of being.

We recommend Chi Gung to assist people who need to find an energetic balance to support and enable their bodies as they heal or recover from illness, are looking for ways to integrate daily mindfulness practice or want to reduce high levels of stress or chronic pain.

Aline Tisato is a physiotherapist, acupuncturist, shiatsu practitioner and Chi Gung expert who has developed a holistic approach to caring for clients as a result of her own healing experience and many years and thousands of hours of clinical practice working with patients with high levels of stress and chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and tensional migraines.

Chi Gung’s Therapeutic Effect
Chi Gung is not a cure for serious medical conditions and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment.
But research tells us that mindfulness training can have a significant therapeutic effect for those experiencing stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, chronic pain, migraines, heart conditions, diabetes and boosts your immune system.
