DAY 1

FACE PILATES EYE LIFT ROUTINE

You need to look your best today so why not start with a natural eye lift that works in less than 10 minutes! This routine is clinically proven to lift your eyes!

The meridian system serves as a channel through which bio-eletricity, vital energy or “Chi ” flows, flowing through our entire body, from our internal organs to our extremities and vice versa .

By stimulating different acupuncture points manually or using targeted exercises along the meridians, Chi flow can be guided in order to generate more Yin or Yang energies within which allows for the release of various biochemical signals that positively affect systems in our body in various ways.

DAY 3

JUICE DAY!

DAY 4

TOTAL BODY PILATES WORKOUT!

Time to get that body moving and burn some of those calories!

Enjoy an energising, BUT challenging, Pilates session with Master Natalia Laing.

Founder Natalia has been teaching Pilates since 1996. Her speciality is working with spinal injuries, rehabilitation and pregnancy. Throughout the classes Natalia will always care for your body with her method of Pilates.  She will also physically challenge you!  As a veteran Pilates instructor she has a vast repertoire that has been honed with online teaching to give her clients a complete satisfying fitness workout that you will feel and see in your body.

DAY 5

FOOT RELEASE

Take a 30 minute break and care for your feet and balance your body.

We depend on our feet to support our entire body every day yet we rarely take time to care for them. Your feet are important for your posture, balance and general wellbeing. So take a seat and spend 30 minutes today and care for your feet!

DAY 6

IMMUNITY BOOST!

Keep up your stamina! A ginger shot every morning before breakfast, perfect to reboot your system!

Ingredients

1 litre of water
500g ginger root – washed, cut into smaller pieces.
1 cinnamon stick (5-6 cm long)
Honey or fresh lemon juice (as desired)

Method

Bring the water to boiling.
Add the ingredients.
Cover the pot with a lid.
Simmer, for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the ingredients and keep the liquid.
Keep it in a glass container in the fridge.
