Metabolic Typing is a self-test questionnaire that delves into your unique metabolic type.

It was developed by William L. Wolcott and Trish Fahey.

Wolcott is the world’s leading authority on metabolic typing.  He is the founder and director of Healthexcel, an organisation that provides technical consulting services to health professionals in the United States and Europe.

When you decide to work with us we will send you the link to the questionnaire.

Amanda Spring is our registered Metabolic Typing specialist and we work together to care for people.

Your results will be sent to Amanda several days after you fill in the questionnaire.  From there we will create your individual program!

Answer intuitively!

It might take you an hour or so to answer your Metabolic Typing questionnaire, and maybe you might even need a couple of tries. Don’t worry and don’t think too much about the questions. Answer them intuitively!
