Esther Jones is a passionate advocate for natural birthing choices and mindful parenting.

Her journey into HypnoBirthing began after the birth of her second son, when she discovered the transformative power of preparing for childbirth with HypnoBirthing. This experience inspired her to become a certified Mongan Method HypnoBirthing practitioner, helping couples approach birth with confidence, calm, and empowerment.

Esther is the author of The Calm Dad’s Guide to Birth, offering practical insights for fathers on how to support their partners through the birthing process. She is also the founder of Parenting from Within, where she supports parents in home education, unschooling, and self-directed learning, fostering a mindful and empowering approach to parenting.

Since moving to the UK in 2020, Esther has continued her work as a mindfulness practitioner and hosts The Unschool Space podcast, where she shares stories and insights from the world of unschooling.
