Your program at S.A.B. begins with a one on one 1.5 hour private session with owner and Pilates master Natalia Laing. During this introductory session, you will be introduced to the Studio Australia Barcelona method of Pilates.

Mandy Keillor founder of Studio Australia Barcelona created Face Pilates® to offer clients a natural way to exercise the muscles of their face.

The question was, you work the muscle of your body every week to maintain good health, fitness and stay looking good so why would you stop at your neck?

Using the principals of Pilates, we teach you to identify and isolate the muscles on your face and neck and use a combination of breathing, stretching, repetitive pulsations and massage to ‘workout’ your entire face.
