During this introductory session, you will be introduced to our method of Pilates, best described as contemporary therapeutic.
Natalia will conduct a comprehensive postural assessment, discussing your medical history, injuries, and any concerns you may have. She will also explore your goals and what you hope to achieve through practicing Pilates.
In the session, Natalia will stretch and work with your body to understand how your skeletal, myofascial, and muscular systems function. She will teach you her breathing techniques and the fundamentals of using your pelvic floor muscles and abdominals.
After your introductory session, we will develop a tailored program to suit your needs, including session times, frequency, fitness level you want to achieve and any complementary health treatments you might need.
