You can choose from three formats (6, 12, or 24 weeks), however it always begins with a thorough evaluation to ensure it is customised to meet the unique needs of each student or patient.

From there, students and patients are guided step by step to gradually learn and apply these ¨inner tools¨  to release deeply ingrained basal stress—a chronic stress inherent in modern society. This process begins to free up the body’s Life Force.

By mastering techniques to unlock tension in the musculoskeletal system and realign the body with vital acupuncture points and meridians, the nervous system undergoes a profound reset. This initiates a restorative cycle that fosters the creation of a revitalised body/mind Life Core.

This holistic and empowering approach to health allows individuals to steadily regain control over their well-being and experience a deep sense of personal empowerment.

Additionally, you will receive Meditation, Breath work, Journaling practices, and Life Force restoration tools (including videos and audios) to support your journey.

She was studying physiotherapy when she realised that there was a missing link to achieve total well-being, something that they were not teaching.

So, in addition to studying physiotherapy she began to deepen her knowledge in oriental medicine and internal martial arts, and in this way she managed to heal herself by releasing her vital force and comprehend the missing gap, the bridge between the body and the mind: Life Force or bio-electricity.

Please avoid drinking coffee or eating a large meal at least two hours before the session.

The first session is 90 minutes long, with all subsequent sessions lasting 60 minutes each.

For the best experience during your online session, please ensure you have:

  • A quiet, undisturbed room where you can lie down comfortably
  • A laptop with a reliable internet connection, plugged into a charger
  • Headphones with a microphone (the microphone is essential for clear communication, especially if your voice is soft)
  • Please avoid sexual activity right before or after the session.
