Since 1995 Director Natalia Laing has been dedicated to helping clients recover from disc injuries and return to daily life, work, and even sports within weeks.

Her innovative, Pilates based method combines manual therapy, myofascial release, and carefully tailored fundamental Pilates exercises designed to build core stability and manage pain, empowering clients to understand and manage their condition.

Diagnosed with a severe back injury and degenerative issues herself due to her athletic and dance career, Natalia’s own journey of recovery shapes her unique, compassionate approach.

She knows firsthand the importance of understanding the injury and cultivating confidence in recovery. By targeting key areas for strength and flexibility, her methods offer both immediate relief and long-term stability.
