The next step is to join me and your fellow participants on our secret Facebook group to access everything you need to follow the detox, including shopping lists, recipes and daily live videos with me, to guide you every step of the way.

How to join the #GlobalCommunityDetox Facebook secret group?

First, we will send you an invitation, look out for a notification on your Facebook page from us to join the group in the next 24hours, notifications are seen from the bell icon found at the top of your Facebook page. Click the bell and accept the invitation to join the secret group.

Once you accept the invitation we will guide you on how to follow the Detox every day on the Facebook page. Don’t worry if you aren’t a regular user of Facebook – either am I! But be assured that we will guide you through this too and it’s super easy.

We will encourage you to post pictures of the food you are eating along with your feedback and any questions to the group and because the page is Secret IT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED PUBLICLY and will therefore only be published to the group, but please make sure you are on the #GlobalCommunityDetox group page when you are posting and not on your personal page, otherwise your post will go public to your page.
